Romy Fain

CEO & Founder at Heat Inverse

Romy Fain is the CEO and founder of Heat Inverse. Romy has also worked as an undergraduate researcher at Berkeley Micromechanical Analysis and Design, Cornell Nanophotonics Group, Lipson Photonics Group, and Integrated Micro and Nanofluidic Systems. In addition, they have been a research assistant at Berkeley Manufacturing Institute and Medical Polymers Lab. Romy has also worked as a robotics researcher and developer at Human Emulation Robotics. Prior to their current position, they were an entrepreneur/craftsman/inventor at Romy Industries.

Romy Fain earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to that, they earned their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
