Mark Schnepel

Mark Schnepel is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder of Heat Recovery Innovations, a company focusing on high temperature heat recovery for various clean energy markets. Prior to this, Mark held various leadership roles at FlexEnergy Inc, including President & CEO and Vice President of Operations. Before their time at FlexEnergy, Mark worked at Ingersoll Rand Energy Systems and Tech Ceram, gaining experience in turbine production, operations support, quality control, and facility management. Mark's educational background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and executive education in Leadership Best Practices from Harvard Business School.
