Noelle Francois is currently working as the Executive Director and Director of Community Outreach at Heat Seek NYC, a nonprofit tech startup focused on keeping New Yorkers warm during winter. Prior to this, Noelle worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for an Urban Future and as an Admissions Counselor at Youth For Understanding. Noelle also has experience as a Post Baccalaureate Researcher at Applied Research in Environmental Science and as a Corps Member at Teach for America. Noelle holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Literary and Cultural Studies from William & Mary.
