Mario Maher

Mario Maher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mario started their career as an Analyst at Credit Suisse in 2015. In 2016, they worked at the British Business Bank in two different roles: as a Strategy & Business Development Analyst, where they focused on investigating cross-border investment into UK VC/PE and used databases like InvestEurope, Preqin, and Pitchbook; and as a Strategy and Markets Analyst, where they supported the development of a new program for IP financing in the UK, conducted economic and market analysis, and engaged in external meetings with stakeholders. In 2019, Mario joined HEAT as a Buying Director and later became a Co-Founder & Chief Merchandising Officer in 2022. Currently, they are a Seed Investor at UPPFIRST since 2023.

Mario Maher attended Birkdale Senior School from 2006 to 2013. Mario then went on to pursue a degree at UCL from 2013 to 2017, where they completed their MSci. Additional information such as the specific field of study is not provided.
