Eric Casterline has extensive experience in management and sales within the composite systems industry, currently serving as President of Heatcon Composite Systems since November 1994. Prior roles at Heatcon included Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed general management, and Vice President of Worldwide Sales, where Eric developed and implemented sales strategies and managed sales team recruitment and training. Previous experience includes serving as Engineering/Project Manager at Thermal-Tec, Inc. Eric holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and has completed professional certificates in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online and Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University, alongside a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington.
