Orlando Egoc

Orlando Egoc has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as a Resident Care Specialist at Heath Village Retirement Community since November 2022. Previously, Orlando held the position of Resident Care Director at The Arbor Company, where the focus was on overseeing clinical operations and promoting resident wellness. Prior roles include Health and Wellness Director at Brookdale and Director of Nursing at The Cliffs at Eagle Rock, achieving zero deficiencies on the 2010 DHSS Annual Survey and receiving Advance Standing from the Department of Health since 2013. Orlando successfully restructured nursing departments for improved efficiency and staff morale and demonstrated excellent documentation and assessment skills. Early in the career, Orlando worked as Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor at Morris Hills Center. Orlando holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mindanao State University, completed in 1994.
