Hiring technical talent costs on average 20% in agency fees. For most growing businesses that is a significant drain on growth capital.

At Heathcote Resourcing we provide a smarter alternative. Senior Talent Acquisition support delivered fractionally, embedded, or on a contingency basis, whichever works best for your business.

How We Support Your Growth:

Fractional Recruitment: On demand TA support acting as your internal recruitment function during hiring spikes or growth phases.

Embedded Recruitment: We integrate directly into your team as a dedicated recruitment partner for sustained hiring programmes.

Specialist Technical Search: Targeted direct sourcing for niche technical roles. The candidates you need are rarely actively looking, so we find and approach them directly.

White Label for MSPs: We manage sourcing and hiring for your clients behind the scenes while you retain the relationship.

Hiring Manager Coaching: Interview framework design, role scoping, and candidate assessment to build lasting internal capability.

Contingency Search: Traditional success fee based recruitment at competitive rates with senior attention throughout.

Technical Domains: Cloud and Infrastructure (Azure, AWS), ERP (D365, SAP, Business Central), MSP and IT Operations, Software Development, Solution and Enterprise Architecture, Manufacturing and Engineering Technology, Digital Transformation and Data
Sector.

Experience: Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and Engineering, Telecoms and Data Centres.

Founded by Keith Chapman, a senior TA specialist with 30 years of experience including the UK Home Office, Capgemini RPO, and Telent Technology Services.

If we can help, we will tell you. If we cannot, we will tell you that too. Either way, get in touch.
