Christopher Capece is currently the President at Heatherwood Luxury Rentals since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Development at AvalonBay Communities from June 2004 to December 2019.
Christopher Capece attended The George Washington University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA degree in Real Estate at both Columbia Business School and London Business School.
