Colleen Collins

Colleen Collins serves as General Counsel at Heatherwood Communities since November 2021 and has been an Advisory Board Member at the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law at St. John's University School of Law since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Colleen was General Counsel at Basser Kaufman, overseeing legal affairs for a substantial real estate development company, and served as Senior Associate Counsel at Catholic Health Services of Long Island, focusing on commercial real estate for a large healthcare system. Previous experience includes partnership roles at Collins & Campbell and Ferrari, Wallace & Collins, as well as working as an Assistant District Attorney. Colleen holds a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, an MBA from Molloy University, and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University.
