Tara Bernhardt has vast work experience in the real estate and financial industries. Before joining AvalonBay Communities, they worked as a Community Manager at ING Real Estate from 2003 to 2006. Tara started their career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 1996 to 2000.
