Timothy O'Connor is an experienced Community Manager with a strong background in leasing operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Community Manager for Heatherwood Luxury Rentals since February 2022, Timothy oversees a 303-unit complex, enhancing leasing operations and coaching new Consultants. Prior to this role, Timothy spent over a decade at AvalonBay Communities, advancing through positions such as Community Supervisor, Sales Leader for the New York/Metro Region, and Senior Consultant, overseeing a 349-unit complex and managing resident interactions. Timothy began the professional journey as a Sales & Leasing Agent at Platinum Properties NYC, specializing in high-end rentals and corporate transfers. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from N Ireland Hotel & Catering College.
