Alex O'Dor

Alex O'Dor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Alex currently serves as the Director of FP&A at Heathos since July 2025, following a role as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at National Veterinary Associates from January 2022 to June 2025. Prior positions include Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Compassion-First Pet Hospitals and roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst within the same organization, beginning in January 2017. Additional experience includes a Summer Internship at Mountain Hill Investment Partners, a Forensic and Litigation Consulting Internship at FTI Consulting, a Financial Reporting Administrator role at State Street, and a Financial Analyst position at AIG in 2013.
