Amanda West

Amanda West has over a decade of experience in airport operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Airport Control Operations Manager at Heathrow since January 2014. Amanda has held various roles at Heathrow, including Airport Operations Manager and Passenger Service Manager positions. Prior to joining Heathrow, Amanda worked at Barclays Direct, where responsibilities included Customer Service Team Manager, and held positions at ING Direct UK as a Mortgage Sales Associate and Customer Service Associate. Amanda began a career in customer service at NatWest Bank as a Customer Advisor. Amanda's educational background includes attendance at Queen Anne's School Caversham from 1997 to 2000.
