Anuj Bhardwaj

Anuj Bhardwaj is an experienced leader in airport operations and colleague engagement, currently serving as the Head of Colleague Engagement at Heathrow since November 2007. This role focuses on enhancing the colleague experience and fostering a positive work environment. Anuj has held various leadership positions at Heathrow, including Head of Operations for Centralized Training, Security for Terminals 2 and 4, and Airport Duty Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing airport operations to improve efficiency and customer service. Prior to joining Heathrow, Anuj was the General Manager at Cineworld Cinemas, managing two West End locations, and held a similar role at Yates Wine Lodge in Brighton. Anuj studied Leisure at Uxbridge College from 2001 to 2003.
