Ben Pearkes

Ben Pearkes is an experienced professional in emergency management and engineering resilience, currently serving as the Senior Engineering Resilience Manager and Engineering Training and Competency Lead at Heathrow since January 2017. Prior to this role, Ben worked at The Wolf Run from April 2016 to November 2019, providing medical communications and coordination support for events. Ben's experience also includes a significant tenure at the London Borough of Hillingdon, where responsibilities included leading emergency management and response initiatives, developing training opportunities, and managing a team of Emergency Response Officers. Earlier roles involved emergency planning at London Underground, where Ben contributed to incident responses and large-scale event preparedness. Ben holds a BSc (Honours) in International Disaster Engineering & Management from Coventry University.
