Charlotte Furniss

Charlotte Furniss is a seasoned professional in strategic development and account management, currently serving as Senior Development Strategy Manager at Heathrow since September 2019. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions such as Senior Account Manager in Category Strategy and Account Manager in Digital Fulfilment at Heathrow, alongside completing the Heathrow Graduate Programme. Previous experience includes a change and technology internship at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and a role as an Innovation Advisor at Allianz. Charlotte earned a degree in English and Spanish from the University of Leeds and completed an Erasmus year at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. In addition, Charlotte pursued a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Data Literacy at Multiverse from March 2022 to April 2023.
