Emma Hughes

Emma Hughes has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, particularly in customer service and organizational development. Currently serving as the Altitude Gender Equality Network Lead at Heathrow since March 2019, Emma is dedicated to promoting gender equality within the organization. Previous roles at Heathrow include Colleague Welfare and Logistics Lead and Program Manager for the 'Here to Help' initiative, which focused on resilience and volunteer support. Prior to Heathrow, Emma worked at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, JET2HOLIDAYS LIMITED, and TUI, where responsibilities included operational management, customer service excellence, and team leadership. Emma's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Brighton, supplemented by various customer-oriented roles that honed communication and management skills.
