Gavin Wilson

Gavin Wilson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of property consultancy and management. Gavin began their career in 2001 as a Senior Retail Rent Review Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield. Gavin then joined Prudential Property Investment Managers PRUPIM as an Asset Manager and Associate Director. In 2007, Gavin worked as the UK & Ireland Retail Leasing Manager at Ballymore Group.

In 2009, they founded their own company, Gavin Wilson Limited, where they provided property consultancy services, specializing in Fund Management, Retail, Mixed Use Development, and Local Government. Gavin also held a senior consultancy role as the Interim Head of Asset Management at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. During their time there, they implemented efficiency and client-focused strategies, restructuring the team for better performance.

In 2016, Gavin joined High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd as the Lead Property Acquisition Manager - Central. Gavin was responsible for managing property acquisitions and played a crucial role in the organization. Since 2018, they have been working at Heathrow, initially as the Head of Commercial Acquisitions at Heathrow Expansion and currently as the Head Of Strategic Development.

Gavin Wilson attended Stamford School from 1990 to 1996. Gavin then pursued a degree in Estate Management at Nottingham Trent University from 1996 to 2000.
