Jonathan P Hounslow has extensive work experience in various industries. Jonathan P started their career as a Sales Associate at Louis Vuitton in 2007 and worked there until 2010.

In 2009, they joined Ashton Smith Associates Ltd as a Part 2 RIBA Architectural Assistant, where they worked until 2013.

Following that, they worked at Harrods as a Project Manager in the Home and Technology Directorate from 2013 to 2014. Jonathan P then moved to Selfridges and worked as a Project Manager in the Home, Tech, and Gifting department from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, they joined Heathrow as a Senior Project Manager in the Retail Portfolio, Commercial department and worked there until 2019. During their time at Heathrow, they also had roles as a Senior Cargo Manager in the Airline Business Development, Commercial department and as a Product and Portfolio Lead in the Operational Directorate.

In 2019, Jonathan had an international secondment at Airport Authority Hong Kong as a Heathrow Airport Representative for the Hong Kong Leadership Exchange Programme. This role focused on sharing best practices in the Commercial and Airport Operations Facilities Development team.

Currently, Jonathan is working at Heathrow as the Head of Programme Sponsorship & Security Programme Managing Sponsor, PMO, a position they have held since 2022.

Jonathan P Hounslow obtained a Masters in Architecture (MArch) from Leeds School of Architecture, which they completed between 2006 and 2013. In 2018, they enrolled at The Open University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Senior Leadership, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Level 7 Senior Leader Masters Degree with Distinction from ILM in 2021, an MBA in senior leadership from The Open University in 2020, and professional qualifications such as being registered as an Architect by the Architects Registration Board and being a Chartered Member of RIBA in 2016.
