Julie Dunn

Julie Dunn has over 30 years of work experience. Julie started their career in 1986 as an Operations Manager at bmi british midland, where they were responsible for translating company policies into procedures and implementing change management initiatives. In 2001, Julie joined Sabre Airline Solutions as an Implementation Manager, where they worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of software systems. Since 2011, Julie has been with Heathrow, initially as a Senior Programme Manager for Operational Planning and currently as the Head of People Systems & Process. In their current role, Julie is responsible for the direction and successful delivery of Heathrow's Resource Management System.
