Palwashah Niazi

Palwashah Niazi has a diverse work experience in various roles within the airport industry. Palwashah started their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Team Leader at Blackjack Promotions, where they focused on staff management and motivating the team. In 2010, they joined OmniServ Ltd. and took on roles such as Duty Supervisor, APOC Shift Manager, and PRM Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing teams, implementing health and safety regulations, and reporting SLAs and KPIs. Since 2017, Palwashah has been working at Heathrow, where they have held positions such as VIP Duty Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and currently as the Security Operations Lead - Performance. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the security operations and ensuring their performance at Heathrow.

Palwashah Niazi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from the University of East London School of Health, Sport and Bioscience from 2013 to 2016.
