Rebecca Denness has an extensive work history, starting as a Customer Service Manager at Nationwide Building Society from 2005 to 2006. Rebecca then worked as a Contact Centre Manager and later as a Principal Client Transport Officer at East Sussex County Council from 2006 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Business Manager and Operational Hub at Kier Group from 2012 to 2016. Rebecca then became a Customer and Communities Manager at CH2M from 2016 to 2018. After that, they served as the Head of Customer Care at TOTO Energy from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Rebecca is employed as the Head of Business Change at Heathrow Airport, where they also previously held the positions of Head of Customer Engagement and Head of Residential Support Services.
