Sarah Appleton

Sarah Appleton currently serves as the Head of Services for Transport and Passenger Logistics at Heathrow, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at dnata from November 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included Terminal Business Manager and Airside Manager for Customer Service. Previous experience at Serco from February 2015 to November 2016 focused on VIP movements, and Sarah began a career in customer service at Jet Airways, holding the position of Customer Service Manager from January 2007 to February 2015.
