Ruth Hogue

Ruth Hogue has extensive experience in project management in the plumbing industry, currently serving as Special Projects Project Manager at Heating & Plumbing Engineers, Inc. since July 1997, and previously held the role of Project Engineer II. Responsibilities include project management, subcontracting, submittals, estimating, generating purchase orders, scheduling manpower and jobs, project initialization, billing, receivables, and job balancing. Prior to this, Ruth Hogue worked as a Plumbing Apprentice at Jim Hogue Plumbing from January 1978 to July 1997. Educational background includes studies in Business and Psychology at PPCC from 1985 to 1987, along with a high school diploma from Las Animas High School, graduating in 1982.
