Renee Heidemann

Renee Heidemann has extensive experience in the insurance industry. At Heaton Bennett Insurance, Renee is the Operations Manager of a $13 million independent insurance agency with 15 employees. Renee is responsible for sales and service, employee development, process and procedure implementation, creation of training manuals, and the development of the call center department. Prior to this, at Texas State Low Cost Insurance, Renee held the role of Personal Lines Manager. Their educational background includes Georgetown High School.
