Heather Giannino

Heather Giannino serves as the Managing Attorney of the Bankruptcy Department at Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, LLC, since October 2009. In this role, Heather manages all aspects of the bankruptcy process related to creditor practice across various Chapter filings, providing expertise in matters such as proofs of claim, confirmation proceedings, and adversary proceedings. Prior to this position, Heather worked as a Staff Accountant at Walgreens from September 2005 to July 2006, where responsibilities included investigating and resolving significant discrepancies in bank account statements and training management on corrective procedures. Heather holds a Juris Doctor with Honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Millikin University.
