Joseph cofounded Librato (acquired by SolarWinds) and is the only partner to have also been Heavybit founder. He advises teams on leadership, GTM and scaling large-scale systems. He holds board positions with Orbit, Tailscale, PartnerPage, Divebell, Metrist and others.
