Agnieszka Chojnacka-Moroz

Agnieszka Chojnacka-Moroz has over 19 years of experience in various HR and management roles. Agnieszka is currently the HR Director at Hebe since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Jerónimo Martins as the Recruitment, EB & Management Development Director at Biedronka from April 2017 to January 2021. Before that, they held roles at Castorama Polska Sp. z o.o. as the HR Development Director from April 2015 to March 2017, and as the HR Development Manager from January 2015 to March 2015. Before joining Castorama Polska, Agnieszka worked at ING _ ING Usługi Finansowe as the Customer Experience Director from April 2013 to December 2014, and as the Organization Development Director from September 2010 to March 2013. Prior to ING, they worked at HSBC Bank Polska as the Manager of the Recruitment & Resourcing Division from February 2005 to September 2010, and as an HR Business Partner from February 2005 to August 2010. Agnieszka started their career at mBank S.A. _ BRE Bank/ Multi Bank as a Training Specialist from January 2002 to February 2005.

Agnieszka Chojnacka-Moroz completed the Strategic Management Programme at Kellogg Executive Education in 2018. Agnieszka also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Kozminski University.
