Jim Kenn currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Hebrew College since January 2012, where responsibilities include providing technical vision for college IT infrastructure and managing a high-caliber technical team. Significant achievements include introducing cost management strategies that reduced ISP costs by 80%, implementing an open-source library system that yielded a 75% annual savings, and upgrading major systems such as Windows and Exchange. Prior to Hebrew College, Jim served as a Network Administrator at Watson Wyatt Worldwide from 1999 to 2011, managing IT processes for over 4,000 users, and as a Technical Support Engineer at Stream International in 1998-1999, where training and support for engineers was a key focus. Jim holds a diploma from Rockland High School and attended Salve Regina University.
