Valencia Chapman- Thompson

Valencia Chapman-Thompson has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Assistant Principal and Academic Dean at Hebrew Public since October 2019. Prior to this role, Valencia held the position of Assistant Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools for a brief period in 2019. From August 2013 to July 2019, Valencia worked at East Harlem Scholars Academies, where responsibilities included Assistant Principal, Dean of Instruction, and Academic Intervention Specialist. Valencia's teaching career includes serving as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Brooklyn Dreams Charter School, a Classroom Teacher at HCCS, and Kindergarten and 2nd Grade Teacher at Trey Whitfield School. Academic credentials include an Advanced Certificate in Administration and Supervision and a Master’s in Education, both obtained from St. John's University.
