Deborah Morse

Deborah Morse has over 25 years of work experience in the real estate and housing industry. Deborah is currently the Vice President of Real Estate at Hebrew SeniorLife since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at MassHousing for almost a decade where they held the role of Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing staff, cultivating business relationships, and leading various initiatives such as the preservation of housing and the development of affordable housing for middle-income households. Before joining MassHousing, Deborah served as the Director of Real Estate Development at the Boston Housing Authority from January 2003 to November 2010. In this position, they oversaw all real estate development projects and collaborated with various stakeholders to implement these transactions. Deborah began their career as a Senior Associate at Abt Associates, a public policy consulting firm, providing technical assistance to the U.S.

Deborah Morse attended Colby College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Subsequently, they enrolled at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
