Kathy Labbe

Kathy Labbe has extensive experience in the senior care industry. Kathy'smost recent role is as the Director of Community Life at Hebrew SeniorLife. Prior to that, they worked as an Aging Services Case Manager at O'Connor Professional Group, where they played a key role in creating a new arm of business focused on senior services. Kathy also served as the Executive Director at DEUTSCHES ALTENHEIM FOUNDATION INC, overseeing all aspects of assisted living operations. Kathy has held similar executive positions at Visiting Nurse Assisted and Senior Living Communities, Woodlands Home Health Agency, Harvest Hill Independent and Assisted Living Facility, Valley Terrace Assisted Living, and Lutheran Social Services. Kathy's experience includes managing operations, financial oversight, marketing, and regulatory compliance in the senior care industry. Kathy has a proven track record of improving culture and reputation within facilities. Kathy began their career at Lake SunapeeRegion VNA, where they managed a team and was responsible for Medicaid and private pay clients in long-term care.

Kathy Labbe has a diverse education history. Kathy started their academic journey at Edward Little High School, where they completed their college preparatory studies from 1978 to 1981. Following high school, Kathy attended New Hampshire Technical College from 1993 to 1998, earning an Associate's degree in Nursing.

Kathy later pursued higher education at New England College from 2004 to 2006, where Kathy obtained both a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and a Master's degree in Management.

In addition to their formal education, Kathy Labbe also holds a certification as a Respecting Choices Facilitator, which they obtained in October 2016.
