Vladimir Tabutov is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the energy and business sectors. As the Founder and CEO of HEC Solar since July 2012, Vladimir has demonstrated expertise in strategic and financial management. Co-founding HEC (Hydroenergy Company JSC) in 2006, Vladimir played a key role in new market development and risk management. Vladimir served as a Member of Parliament in both the 47th and 48th Bulgarian National Assembly, actively participating in the Energy and Tourism Commissions. Additional leadership roles include membership on the management boards of APSTE and SPEE BG, and co-founding Slice Crowd. Vladimir's educational background includes executive education from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the International University in Germany.
