Ilona Boniwell

Ilona Boniwell, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor on the Education Track at HEC Paris since September 2015, specializing in Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, and Executive Coaching for various programs. As CEO of Positran since April 2012, Ilona focuses on transformation through positive psychology, offering consulting, training, and coaching services. Concurrently, Ilona holds adjunct professor positions at Ecole Centrale Paris and the University of East London, and was previously a strategic course leader for the International MSc in Applied Positive Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University.
