Carla Knoester has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR adviseur at Hecht since March 2001 and as a Personeelsadviseur at GGD Hollands Midden since 2001. Carla holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Economics from Breda University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1982 and 1985, and furthered education at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 1985 to 1992.
