Eelco de Jong

Eelco de Jong is an experienced manager with a strong background in information technology and financial management. Currently serving as Manager Financiën en ICT at Hecht since November 2024, Eelco previously held various managerial positions at Universiteit Leiden from October 2015 to November 2024, overseeing Customer Applications Services, Research & Innovation Support, and the Development department within the ICT Shared Service Centre. Prior experience includes roles as Informatiemanager at PostNL, Hoofd Informatisering & Automatisering at LUMC, and various positions at the Ministerie van Defensie, Koninklijke Marine. Eelco holds a degree in Elektrotechniek - Energietechniek from NHL Hogeschool and has pursued further education in Scrum methodology, BiSL, and management training.
