David L. Hecht

David L. Hecht is the firm’s founder. He represents individuals, companies, and nationwide classes in high-stakes commercial disputes. David has consistently been recognized as a titan in the field of intellectual property law, having litigated some of the most high-profile and closely-watched cases in recent years. For example, he was recognized as among the most influential, well-known, and well-respected attorneys in the world of music and entertainment law in Billboard’s “Top Music Lawyers 2021” list. David was also included in the 2020 and 2021 editions of the IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners.
