Sara Pickens

Sara Pickens has a robust background in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Manager at Hecla Mining Company since November 2021. Prior experience includes HR Director at Hospice of North Idaho from March 2017 to November 2021, as well as roles at Hecla Limited as HR Specialist from May 2013 to March 2017 and at Coeur Mining, Inc. as HR Analyst from July 2012 to March 2013. Sara Pickens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Idaho.
