Gopalrao Ponna

Gopalrao Ponna is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in project management and sales execution. Currently serving as Head of Operations (Sales & Execution) at HECS - Hubert Enviro Care Systems since January 2023, Gopalrao has previously held the position of Deputy General Manager Operations at BGR Energy Systems from October 2020 to January 2024. Gopalrao's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at VATECH WABAG LIMITED, where Gopalrao worked from September 2004 to November 2017 as Chief Manager Projects and O&M Project Manager, focusing on the management of sewage treatment plants and sewage pumping stations. Gopalrao holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from Anna University Chennai, earned between April 1984 and March 1989.
