Geoffrey Mina has extensive work experience in the software engineering and contact center industries. In 2000, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Mountain Media. In 2001, they moved on to become a Principal Software Engineer at Prosodie Interactive. In 2004, they founded and became the CEO of Connect First, Inc., a successful cloud contact center software company. In 2019, they joined RingCentral as AVP Contact Centers and was retained to lead the business/customer integration effort, product strategy for the core contact center portfolio and technology partners ecosystem. Geoffrey also became the CEO & Co-Founder of Hectic and a Consultant at CH Consulting Group in 2020. In 2022, they became Senior Counsel, Contact Center Advisory at Helm Partners and an Investor and Member of Board of Directors at Republic Restoratives LLC.

Geoffrey Mina attended the University of Chicago from 2013-2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Geoffrey then attended the University of Michigan Law School from 2017-2020, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree.

Geoffrey Mina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago in 2017. Geoffrey then went on to attend the University of Michigan Law School, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2020.
