Pravin Devanathan

Pravin Devanathan currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Hector Beverages, focusing on driving mid and long-term strategies for profitable growth since November 2023. Prior to this, Pravin held the position of Vice President at Ninjacart from January 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a complex supply chain operation that delivered perishable goods across 80+ cities. Pravin's career also includes significant roles at A.T. Kearney, where tenure spanned from June 2008 to January 2021, featuring positions as Principal and Senior Principal, leading cost and workforce transformations for major clients in the retail and consumer sectors. Earlier experience includes a role in global retail productivity improvement for a leading denim brand and an internship with Tata Administrative Services, as well as programming skills developed at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Pravin holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
