Raymond Griffin

Raymond Griffin is a skilled Project Engineer at Heddle Shipyards since September 2022 and the Owner of TC Tool and Machining since February 2020, exhibiting adaptability in modern design and manufacturing techniques. Previously, Raymond served as the Director of Operations at Dominion Patternworks from January 2016 to May 2022, coordinating the production of industrial foundry tooling and utilizing modern CAD and CAM software. Raymond's experience also includes roles as a Pattern Designer/Maker and Foundry Technical Assistant across various companies, focusing on tooling design, CNC technology implementation, and casting simulations.
