Shaun Padulo

Shaun Padulo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 with McKeil Marine Limited, where they worked as a Deckhand and later in Fleet Operations until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Boskalis in various roles, including Sales Coordinator and Proposal Manager. In 2017, they became a Board Member at the Netherlands Canadian Chamber of Commerce and also took on the role of Manager Sales and Marketing at Heddle Shipyards. In 2018, Shaun Padulo became the President at Heddle Shipyards and later became the President & Chief Executive Officer. Shaun also served as the Vice Chair Board of Directors at the Canadian Marine Industry and Shipbuilding Association from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Board Member at Mohawk College, starting in 2022.

Shaun Padulo holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Maritime Economics and Logistics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from McMaster University from 2009 to 2011 and another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of British Columbia from 2007 to 2009. Shaun obtained an Honours High School Diploma from Ridley College from 2002 to 2007.
