David Frattura

David Frattura is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Insights at Dell Technologies, David leads teams of business strategists, data scientists, and software engineers, focusing on AI research and advanced data systems. In previous roles at Dell, David directed technology strategies addressing emerging markets such as Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, and was instrumental in developing a strategy for EMC to capture market share in the Telecom sector. David's experience also includes leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent and Nortel Networks, where responsibilities encompassed program strategy and product management. David holds an MBA from Boston University and multiple executive education certificates from Wharton, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, David is a member of the Hedera Network Governing Council and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dell Political Action Committee.
