Spencer Reynolds

Spencer Reynolds has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Supervisor at JR & Sons General Contracting from 2003 to 2013. During this time, they successfully managed multiple construction projects and improved asset investment strategies.

In 2013, they joined Torchmark Corporation and held several roles. As a Business Analyst Intern, they created operational processes and managed deadlines effectively. Later, as a Data Analyst for Customer Retention, they analyzed business processes and transformed reporting systems into automated database reporting systems. As a Data Analyst and Tableau Developer, they strategically designed and implemented a range of analytic projects and developed enterprise-wide data quality scorecards.

Since 2017, Spencer has been working at HFR (Hedge Fund Research, Inc.) as the Director of Data & Analytics. In this role, they are responsible for developing investment management analytics SaaS applications and managing the end-to-end development and administration of the HFR PortfolioScope proprietary SaaS solution. Spencer also implemented and supervised the secure AWS cloud infrastructure.

Throughout their work experience, Spencer has consistently demonstrated their expertise in data analytics, project management, and strategic decision-making.

Spencer Reynolds obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Kansas State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to attending Kansas State University, they attended Cloud County Community College from 2008 to 2010, earning an Associate of Science degree in Business/Commerce. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Alteryx Core Certified from Alteryx in November 2018, AWS Concepts from Linux Academy in November 2017, and an Associate certification from the Life Management Institute (LOMA) in March 2015.
