Nicole Unice has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicole began their career in 2004 as a Counselor at Thompson Counseling and worked there until 2010. In 2006, they also started working as a Professional Speaker at Take Heart Ministry. In 2009, they became a Freelance Writer for Gifted for Leadership and continued in that role until 2019. From 2010 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Hope Church, including Ministry Director and Student and Family Ministry. In 2012, they also became an Author for Tyndale House Publishers. In 2015, they became a Teaching Elder at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. In 2018, they became an Author at NavPress. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as a Leadership and Executive Coach at http://nicoleunice.com/coaching. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Pangea.

Nicole Unice obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Management from The College of William and Mary, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Nicole then pursued further education at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole Unice also holds certifications in Foundations for Creative Leadership from IDEO, which they obtained in September 2020, and Leading for Creativity from IDEO U, which they obtained in February 2020.
