Chris Miceli

Before joining Hedgehog Hosting, Chris Miceli was head of Technical Client Services for Commerce One's Mid-Atlantic division. Along with his team, he provided 24x7x365 application-level support to over 100 clients. At Commerce One, Chris was responsible for managing several major hosting projects, including the physical migration of 70+ production machines between facilities with an average uptime of over 99.5%. Chris also has a strong background in Web programming, using languages such as Perl, C/C++, and Java. He has extensive experience configuring and managing several different hardware/software platforms, including systems running multiple flavors of Unix and Windows. Currently, Chris supports the day-to-day operational needs of all Hedgehog's clients and is primarily responsible for securing their edge of network services and security. Chris graduated with High Distinction from George Mason University's School of Information Technology and Engineering with a BS in Computer Science.
