Tim Jones

Tim Jones has a diverse work experience in various roles. Tim worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Hedgey starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were self-employed as an SMB/SME Web Design and Development professional since 2017. During this time, they created a personal web development portfolio to showcase their work and developed and maintained highly detailed and precise websites. Before that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer (Web3) at Mycelium from 2021 to 2023. Tim also has experience as a Cyber Security Analyst at Deloitte Australia from 2021 to 2021. Tim has a background in IT sales as well, having worked as an IT Sales professional at JB Hi-Fi from 2017 to 2021. Tim previously served as a Digital Media & Web Executive at QUT Running from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Tim has worked as an Information Technology Administrator at the Queensland Department of Education in 2017, and as a Microsoft Brand Ambassador at CPM Australia from 2014 to 2017. Tim started their career as an Assistant System Administrator at Urban Circus from 2016 to 2017.

Tim Jones completed their Master of Information Technology degree in Cyber Security & Network Engineering from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completing it from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Tim also obtained a certification as an eJPT Certified Penetration Tester from eLearnSecurity in August 2021.
