Regina McGough

Regina McGough, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Director at Hedgeye Risk Management, LLC, since September 2023. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Rivel, Inc. from May 2021 to July 2023, Regina effectively built collaborative relationships with senior leadership to manage recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, onboarding, and employee engagement for over 100 employees. Regina's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Aon from January 2009 to May 2021 as Project Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed completing trustee reconciliations, performing pension benefit calculations, and resolving payment discrepancies. Earlier in the career, Regina worked as Senior Human Resources Generalist at AllianceBernstein from November 1992 to March 1998, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits education. Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.
