Ville Kaskivirta

Ville Kaskivirta currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer and HR Director at Hedin Automotive Oy since December 2023. As a Partner at Attacco Oy since August 2008, Ville has extensive experience in the automotive sector. Previously, Ville held the position of Human Resources Director and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Delta Motor Group Oy from September 2015 to November 2023, overseeing HR operations for a significant car dealership in Finland. Ville's earlier roles include serving as Senior HR Manager and DPO, and HRD Manager and DPO at WISE/LEAD Ltd between October 2011 and December 2014, specializing in business learning leadership. Ville's educational background includes a Master of Science in Sports Science with a focus on Exercise Physiology from the University of Jyväskylä, alongside two Master's degrees in Technology from Aalto University, specifically in Signal Processing and Industrial Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Industrial Engineering from Aalto University.
